All abstracts and presentations must be in English. The names and surnames of each author must be provided. Degrees and titles are not required.
Each author should be listed by institution, city, and country. The paper abstract should not exceed 250 words.
The abstract format should consist of the following sections: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Please provide up to four keywords.
References are not included.
Abstract Evaluation Process
All abstracts submitted to the conference will undergo a blind peer review conducted by members of the Scientific Committee. Reviewers will not have access to the authors’ names, affiliations, or identifying information to ensure impartiality and fairness.

Review Procedure
Each abstract will be evaluated independently by at least two qualified reviewers. Scores and reviewer comments will be compiled and considered by the Scientific Committee. Abstracts receiving the highest evaluations will be selected for oral presentations, while others may be designated for poster or digital presentations. The blind review process ensures that all submissions are judged solely on academic merit and scientific contribution.
All accepted presentation abstracts will be compiled and published in the official conference proceedings (fully indexed and archived), ensuring their availability as part of the permanent academic record of the event.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their submission by December 1, 2025
