Registration
Please note that, all the oral presentations and poster presentations must be held on-site. Online presentation is not possible
Conference registration fee for participating on site include
- Admission to all conference sessions
- Access to poster area
- All conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- E-certificate of attendance
- Walking/hiking tours
Fees increase as the event approaches:
- Early Bird registration 250 eur (December 1 - December 31, 2025)
- Regular registration 300 eur (January 1, 2026 - April 15, 2026)
- Late/On-Site registration 350 eur (from April 16, 2026)
All prizes are indicated including VAT. All invoices will be charged in EUR.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation: Until 31 August 2025: refund of fee, minus 25% administrative charge. After 31 August 2025: no refund.
- Name Change: Until 26 September 2025: name changes will be charged 25% of the conference fee.
- After 26 September 2025: no name changes will be accepted.
